- Answer Yes - it's incredibly noisy and gets very hot, even when you adjust the settings to "quiet." Don't waste your money on this garbage. I've been on hold for 2 1/2 hours so far trying to return mine.

- Answer This model 13-aw0023dx is a Best Buy exclusive configuration and is available now. However, one can purchase a similar configuration from the HP website by configuring a "base" model. However, the expected delivery date is a about one-month away as of this writing.
