“HP doesn't offer the 13.3 4k spectre through the HP store, I called and asked about that and the salesperson said that for now they are having problems with the small 4k display and windows 10...anyone facing or heard anything about this?”

Huge problems with the display this is my 3rd laptop and I'm having issues right out if the box for each one. My 1st one would freeze entirely, the second one would glitch and black bars would come across the screen and the 3rd one which I just got yesterday mind you, after the login page the screen turns entirely black. I don't know if this is a Windows 10 issue or the hardware on this laptop but it's unacceptable that a $1500 laptop has issues like this. I'm hoping that I'll give it one more try and it will be good if not I'm contacting HP and best buy management about this.
