Yes it is the exact same model. No, I don't have any clue what the designation means. Probably just to help distinguish one model of the Spectre from another.

Please try again later.The Spectre ac023dx that Best Buy sells seems to have the same specifications listed on the Hp website as the ac076nr, though their designations and product numbers are different. Not sure why this is. It might just be due to the release date. This computer was released in early 2016 and Spring 2016 with a few upgrades. I suggest calling Hp directly to find out exactly.
