yes, I called customer service they worked on it 3 times, no luck so I returned it.

I'll likely return it before the holiday window ends and pick up one of the new Lenovo x1 carbon when they release in Feb (with thunderbolt 3, 4k oled display etc.)

My work laptop drains the battery life a little bit when shut off, normal but I think since this laptop has such a think battery the life is cut short. If there is an issue with the product please let me know.
