It comes with a one-month trial of Microsoft 365, which is what they've renamed Office. After the trial period, you'll need to purchase it to continue using it. The computer does have a USB-A port on the left side near the back. It's partially covered by a door that you can push down when you want to insert a USB drive to save files.
