There are several programs around that allow you to completely copy a computer's installed drive to another. One is usually included with your purchase of the new drive (free download). Once you have performed the copy operation, you can just swap the drives and the computer will recognized and use it. I should warn you though that if you have to ask this question, you may not be ready to perform the various steps (electronic as well as physical) needed for the procedure.
