“I have tried running Black Ops 6 on this laptop out of the box without upgrading anything and have not been able to as the game crashes consistently. Has anyone experienced this and how do you fix it?”

• I havnt tried black ops 6.But the 8gb it comes with is barely enough to run anything.

• My first instinct is to say you need more RAM. Are you one of those people who didn't do the smart thing and check the Black Ops website for recommended hardware specs??!!

• Had the same issue and updated the RAM. I can play marvel rivals and fortnite without crashing or lagging

• P.S.: Actually, you answered your own question: without upgrading anything = game crashes consistently. QED: upgrading is necessary for that game.
