Max, thank you for your question about this HP Victus gaming laptop! This laptop meets the minimum system requirements for Blender, but you will be able to do your online classes with it. Blender recommends a system with at least 32GB of memory and a graphics card with at least 8GB of memory for faster rendering. HP offers those in their Omen gaming lines at Best Buy.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.You would have stuttering with Blender, even if you added plenty of RAM. There is a limit to what the CPU/GPU combination can do. Most online classes should be no problem, unless you get into the Blender range, but do you want to buy two computers?
