This model has no wheel, it is optical. You might try a different surface like a piece of paper or real mouse pad. The mouse needs a certain type of surface to dunction correctly on.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I am not sure since it comes under electronics but it would seem like you could return it to the store if it was less than 30 days.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. When it broke the first thing you should have done was take it back to best buy. They are well trained on how to handle that
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Take it back to Best Buy, I didn't take mine back because it would have cost me more in gas to get a refund.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. The mouse is covered by HP for a one year warranty. As far as the wheel breaking, the warranty won't cover it unless the damage was caused by a manufacturer's error. Call HP Customer Care.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I have it, it gets moved around as I work at a dealership that's under construction and the boys gotta make due. Often that means they're just picking up stuff willy nilly and tossing it wherever. On top of that it sits in my stuffed laptop bag and beats around in the car and with chargers, scissors, you name it. At the end of the day, the thing, though scuffed, works like a champ. I have huge hands too and would prefer a bigger mouse if I could but for portability, this is the best it gets..
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I would say if you don't wail too long , you could take it back to the store.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. You should contact HP and see if they'd be willing to swap out the unit for you if Best Buy isn't willing to do that for you. I believe most accessories only have a 30-day warranty, so you might be out of luck, sorry. If anything, all the better for Best Buy to encourage you to pay for their extended support/warranty option.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.contact amazon or where you purchased the product there is a refund policy on all products unless sold as is.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Have you checked HP's support section on their webpage?
