Probably as long as you have a USB port to plug in the mouse transmitter. It’s not Bluetooth. I use it with my Dell desktop.

Of course you can. Give it time to load and recognize it. If it doesn't recognize it, turn off the computer and restart...rebooting seems to work best when the mouse is not recognized

It should work. This mouse does not come with a driver CD, so you will need to have the PC discover and download the appropriate driver from the internet.

As long as you have an available USB port this mouse will work. It has a usb sensor that you plug into your computer which allows the mouse to connect to.

Yes, you plug the wireless dongle into an available USB port the same way you did your wired mouse.

I believe it has to be Bluetooth compatible. You can find a wireless usb mouse that are battery operated with an on, off switch.
