Mine showed up without it too. I had to call them to get it shipped.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I would fully expect that this would be in a separate box. Best Buy was backordered on the headsets when I bought mine so I sourced it from another retailer. My guess is that it will arrive in another shipment.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I believe that Best Buy was running a promotion during Black Friday to receive the HTC Vive Deluxe Audio Strap with the purchase of the HTC Vive. It will probably ship separate from the actual HTC-Vive. To confirm you may want to contact Best Buy Customer service and they can check you order status. Hope this helps.
