Short answer, no. Long answer, if you have a brand new high end Mac there is a developer mode, but very few if any vr games are Mac compatible. It might even require an external video card to run. Mac video is just not up to the task yet.

No. Even if it was, macs would not be nearly as powerful to run vr as a custom built windows machine. You would have a horrible experience
