• Phone unlocked and work with T mobile for sure. So will work with MetroPCS as well. No, phone running android 7.0 out of box.

• It works on all GSM networks, Metro is GSM. It does NOT have Oreo on it.

• If MetroPCS is GSM like ATT or Cricket, it will work. If it is CDMA like Sprint or Verizon, this phone will not work on that provider. The version is 7.0 and the website says that. Not sure where the Oreo came from as I can't find it on the Bestbuy website. It might be upgrade in the future.
