Yes, when you switch the Cloud III S headset to Bluetooth mode you should be able to connect/pair to any Bluetooth enabled device - like your TV. The switch for switching between 2.4GHz and Bluetooth mode is on the right earcup below the volume wheel. Note that Bluetooth mode does not require the use of the USB dongle. The USB dongle is only for the 2.4GHz mode.
