First try updating your pc. For about a month, I did not play or turn on my PC and when I played BO4... I couldnt use the mic, I move the cables and restarted my pc BUT all I had to do was UPDATE and everything worked. Make sure your audio settings are right, and do the test to see if the pc is actually making the sounds. I havent had any issues on my pc so far after the update. I dont think its the games, it could just be settings on your pc. If the game is the problem go the games settings and go to audio settings and make sure you have the mic you want to use and where the sound should go (headphones*)
