“How well does this mic block background noise/keyboard clicks?”

• Without a noise suppresion application it doesn't block the keyboard very well. I recommend trying out NVIDIA Broadcast and using that to cancel background noises. Works like a charm with this mic.

• Hello Caden, this electret condenser microphone is great at picking up background sounds and keyboards are no exceptions especially the mechanical switch variants. You can always identify the noise and try to eliminate it, if not you can just try to reduce it, if possible. Especially if you are next to a window you can try to dampen it as well as choosing the Cardioid polar pattern.
