Make sure that once it’s plugged in, that the microphone glows red (means it’s unmuted). If not, tap the end of the mic so it turns on. If not, it may not be plugged in properly. Check all connection points. If the light is on and it’s not picking up any noise, go to your audio settings and make sure that your input device is set as “HyperX Quadcast”. Finally, if you are using Discord, make sure the audio setting in Discord is also set to HyperX. Good luck.
