If you are using the same HDD you wont need to install windows again. Everything will be ready to use. I upgraded my motherboard and CPU on this PC also. They told me I wouldn't have any problem re-activating windows after the hardware change. But It Won't let me re-activate because i don't have a product key. I ended up having to buy a new key.
