• The AMD FX-Series processor is not soldered to the board, it can be swapped out.

• Hey Sasa, The CPU is not soldered in. You can upgrade the CPU as long as the new CPU has the same socket set. If not, you will have to but a different motherboard and reinstall windows as well.
