• Try plugging your headphones in the microphone jack. If not you can search for a USB adapter somewhere else

• Make sure push to talk is off I had the same issue as well

• Hello, We are sorry about the inconvenience. You may need a headphone splitter to use both the headphone and microphone aspects at the same time. You may also try the ports in the back as they should allow for both actions to run concurrently. Thank you!
