“I bought this pc a few months back, now when im just browsing or idle it makes a constant buzzing noise. Checked the fans, power supply, all the cords, nothing. The noise seems to be coming from the bottom of the case, checked there and nothing”

The power supply may be slightly loose in the PSU shroud, try tightening the screws in the bottom/back end of the case.
