“I bought this PC in store and noticed the LED lights aren't working when I use the remote control it came with, how can this be fixed? Seems like a common issue but can't really find a fix for it online so I figured I'd ask here.”

Make sure they're isn't a clear film over the sensor on the tower and check the batteries in the remote. You have to aim it right at the tower. Mine is about a month old ànd works fine
