1) You can buy it now for the listed price (or order it if they don't have one at your nearby store). 2) No idea about Black Friday/Cyber Monday discount. You will have to check the newspapers or flyers for your local store for this info, and they MAY not offer any discount. 3) Windows 10 SHOULD be already installed, but will probably need to be updated as soon as you can get to internet access.
