• Yes there are 2 spots under the right slide off metal cover. Think they are 2.5" drive spots and you can add another SSD under the video card. There are extra power plugs behind that cover also. Mike

• Yes, I'm considering this myself, but it looks like a tight fit. There are cables coming off the motherboard right where your sata cable is going to come off the 2nd drive.
