“In the picture of this pc the water cooling system's tubes are coming from the bottom of the fan. In mine, the fan is upside down and the tubes are coming from the top. Will this cause any issues with my cooling system or pc as a whole?”

I would say prolly not but it might... for 2k you would think it would be put together almost prefect, but qc seems to be lacking somewhat. Anyway i would think the cooling radiator in the fan is prolly designed to drip down with gravity ( just breaking it down in my head dont take as fact ha) so like i said for 2k i would not be happy. If the builder installed that wrong/ careless who knows what else could be slightly off. I would consider exchanging it for a better one you might have a lemon.
