• there is a disk included and the windows key is on the motherboard

• It came with a copy of Windows on a Disc labeled "Microsof Windows Reinstallation DVD. Not sure how you would load it with no DVD drive. You could rip it on another pc to a .iso I guess. But if you have another pc, it would probably be easier to just download windows 10 to a flash drive for reinstallation.
