“HDMI cord plugged in to monitor that worked with prior PC. Tried multiple monitors and multiple cables that all work with 2 other computers. No video output detected from new PC upon power up.”

Hi there! Sorry that's happening to you. Please make sure that the HDMI cables are connected to the graphics card and not the motherboard's back I/O panel. If the problem still persists, please contact our Customer Service over on our website and we can further help you on this issue.
