“Bought this for my daughter and no audio through the 3.5 jacks, top or bottom. Works thru HDMI only. Not sure why it has no output. One driver says it has a problem and windows can't fix. Should I bring it back?”

Please call the customer service number on the box in order to have someone assist you in diagnosing the issue as there could be various things that can cause this such as corrupted audio drivers, faulty hardware or even just a plug that could have been installed incorrectly. I would also suggest trying to plug some headphones into the back IO to see if those ports work to help rule some possible issues out.
