Q: QuestionThe computer broke down again and this time it doesn’t want to turn on. We sent it to the manufacturer and got it back last week September. We are just thinking if we can just get our money back since this computer was just bought around 5 months ago.

• A:Answer Yes. However, it was weird when we were first setting up the PC. At first, the PC didn't detect any Wi-Fi networks, and we thought we were going to have to set up ethernet. We turned off the PC to move it to an ethernet port, but when we turned it on again, suddenly it started detecting Wi-Fi networks. So we were able to set up Wi-Fi on the PC, and it has been working fine ever since.

• A:Answer I would double check to make sure that all your parts are listed on SignalRGB, though I cannot confirm what brands will be used in the build as brand usage depends on availability at the time of assembly. Though we do use most major brands, I cannot guarantee this program since I have not tested this program personally.
