• I had this issue with a similar headset. I had to end up buying a newer headset that connects via usb for the computer to recognize it as a headset and not just headphones.

• Hello, this PC uses the iBUYPOWER Trace 7 Mesh case. The case has I/O ports available at the top of the computer, including 3.5mm jacks for audio devices, where you can plug in the headset.
