If the charging port cap was left open while the robot was in the pool, there’s a chance water got into the port. What to do next: 1. Do NOT plug it in or turn it on yet. 2. Wipe it dry and let it air-dry completely (preferably with the port facing down) in a cool, dry place for at least 24 hours. 3. Once fully dry, try charging it. If it works normally, you’re good to go! If not, contact support right away. Just make sure the cap is fully closed next time before putting it in the pool.
