• I had the same problem with my LG but after I hit the Bluetooth on my phone to search, I held the Bluetooth button in on the speaker and the phone found it! Hope that works for you.

• Hmmm, its relatively easy with this product. Just activate the blue tooth setting on your phone after you know the device is completely charged and your phone should start searching for devices to pair with. If your not seeing the speaker as an option to pair with and connect to then its got to be a problem with yor wifi Internet connection.
