I don't know why we are at such a disadvantage, the seller. should supply as user's manual. You can go to Best Buy and have them do it. I heard there is a way to use the new Mac to load data from the old, again no guide info. You have to pay someone. You might want to use adapter that comes with the new iMac to transfer data from the old Mac. The other Macs with more port connects makes it easier to connect old/new Macs. Phone Apple if you bought a tech support plan. Ask if you can download a User's Guide? If all else fails, ask a wiz kid to help you.
