“Received this new microwave today. In looking It over before I used it, the power cord entering into the back of this unit is loose. Makes me uneasy about using it. Is this normal Insignia C.S.? Anyone else have this issue on a new microwave?”

• No. My cord is well-attached. I would contact the manufacturer, or send it back for a replacement.

• NO. I'VE HAD MINE FOR ABOUT A MONTH... Perhaps you should RETURN IT... Even the Biggest Name Brand has defective items... Thank God for Rules, Policy, and LAW.
