A:AnswerIts a realistic warranty. In a month or less you should know if it works. Most companies are bought out long before "life" so saying they are warranted for that long is a joke. Cost more to send it back for replacement than a new one cost at the store.
A:AnswerI would NOT run this cable around anything unshielded. Definitely not at 100ft either. CAT6( at least this brand-at this price) seems to have less shielding than CAT 5 did. It was giving me static thru my speakers running $5K speaker cables at just 14ft. It says that it is 24 AWG on the side, but I don’t believe that since that is the same as CAT5 cables have and I’ve never had issues
