- Answer It's a standard CAT 6 network patch cable. It won't matter if you use it at home or at work. It is NOT a crossover cable.

- Answer I would not recommend using this cable outdoors. You should look for a cable that it rated for outdoor use that can withstand UV rays and water. This cable can easily be punctured if something sharp rubs against it.

- Answer As long as you have a network port on your Canon printer, you can use this cable to connect to your MacBook Pro. You will need a USB-C to ethernet adapter.

- Answer COAXIAL CABLE is about 3/8" diameter. You could use the same fasteners for CAT 5. Remember not to pinch the cable when you staple them! The cable should slide under the staple a little. Snug, not pinched.
