Will this charge a 1.5 volt hoverboard? null

I'm assuming your meaning 1.5amp hoverboard. And it depends on the voltage. From what I've seen the majority of hoverboards are 24 volt. And if that's true the answer is no. If it was a 1.5 volt hoverboard that would mean it runs off a single AAA or single D battery
