“Where can I find a replacement door rack shelf for the insignia refrigerator”

• I stopped by your store and was told by the salesperson that I had to. contact Insignia in order to replace some plastic shelves on the refrigerator I purchased from you in May of 2017. Model NS RTM18SS7. Please help. The Insignia website is very confusing.

• I just ordered two plastic door shelf’s from midea.encompass.com. I entered the model of the fridge and filtered to see door parts. This site looks to have almost all parts for this fridge. It was hard to tell exactly what shelf I needed so I ordered two sizes.

• I need a replacement shelf for my Insignia NS-RTM18WH8Q refrigerator. It's the middle shelf that is 24" long X 8" wide X 4" tall. Do you have these?

• These are unavailable. The only Canada parts place reliable.ca mentioned above is all out of stock. All sizes of racks or shelf bins. Which is almost impossible to find the one that you’re looking for. There’s either one very unclear photo to look at or no photos at all
