• Yes, the door bins can be adjusted and removed. They are removed by squeezing the ends together slightly to release the molded clips.

• Theoretically, yes, but I have not been able to do so out of fear of breaking the racks. The sales associate showed me how to move them, but when the refrigerator was delivered, I could not remember how he did it and also, decided that I was satisfied with the rack arrangement.
