A:Answer Ideally you would want a slight lean to the back to facilitate the closing of the fridge & freezer doors. I didn't think the slight angle required for this would be noticeable to the naked eye, but rather verified with an actual level. I have not used a level on our fridge yet, it is fairly new, but we do have to be careful to deliberately close the doors all the time, whereas our old fridge (we raised the 'feet' in the front) always closed on its own.
