A:AnswerYou may want to try adjusting the middle hinge bracket (top of fridge door/bottom of freezer door). I had to loosen the two screws then orient the door to be square when closed and then retighten the screws. There does not appear to be much play in that bracket; but it seems to affect things significantly.
A:AnswerJust bought my fridge and also does a cow moo sound. I talked to Best Buy and they have told me that this is normal for a Insignia Fridge and that it is not defective. So I am Ok with that - now I can use it as a prank when people come over. I can tell them that the milk is mooing
A:AnswerHi, thank you for sharing your inquiry.
This is a normal operation for your refrigerator. In the insulated walls of the refrigerator there is a heat exchanger coil. This will produce heat. The longer your refrigerator runs the warmer the sides and top will get. A:AnswerYes! this unit has separate controls for the refrigerator and a knob for the freezer so you can adjust each one individually. Viri E. Insignia Support. https://www.insigniaproducts.com/contact-us
