QuestionI've had this fridge for 1 year and 2 months, so just outside of warranty. It has stopped cooling effectively. My frozen things aren't so frozen and my drinks aren't very cold. It also seems to not be as loud as it once was. I adjusted temp too. Help!

QuestionIs the refrigerator suppose to have a panel covering the back motor area ??? There is nothing covering it. My understanding is a back cover panel is important for proper functioning.

- Answer Hello TPain, No covers ,the lack of a cover lowers the cost and also lets heat dissipate more efficiently from the back.
