I'm not sure you could call it an RV TV. It is powered by 120Vac only (there is no DC power option). But it can be put on the stand it comes with or mounted on a wall with the purchase of a wall mount bracket. It has a cable TV hookup as well as 2 HDMI. It also has Yellow, Red & White hookups. Good picture and a good price.

This is an indoor TV for a 110 V wall outlet.
