How do I get sound out of both speakers? Regardless if I'm connected by bluetooth or the provided aux cord, I am still only getting sound from the right speaker. I just purchased these today and so far it looks like I'll be returning these. null

Sounds like you got a faulty set. Both of mine worked as soon as I plugged them in and connected to bluetooth. Didnt need to do anything else.

I hooked mine up both ways and it was just plug and play.
Take them back and get them to plug them in and if they do not work then get another package..Personally ,i like this style and would get another one.

You must have a bad wire that connects the two, there is no way to turn one or the other off. If you're sound card has balance in stereo, you can make sure that's centered.
