“I just got a new PC with windows 10 and these new speakers. My PC cannot detect the new speakers. It thinks it still is connected to my old realtec speakers”

• Make sure you are using the correct source. Press the Source button to make sure the LED light is red. The flickering blue means "pairing mode", the solid blue means connected to the BlueTooth source. Also, make sure you use the right port on your PC.

• I had the same issue with my desktop. I bought a Bluetooth adapter and it paired right up
