A:AnswerIf it's an Insignia TV I think the TV remote should also control the soundbar volume but still try to increase the volume using the soundbar's remote and also try increasing the volume with the volume button directly on the soundbar. If you've tried all those things and the volume is still low, then I would try using an optical cable and see if that helps.
A:AnswerHad a similar issue with my aunt’s sound bar. I had to change the channel on the bar. I hooked hers up with an optical cable also. Hers was linked on channel 1. I would say go through the 4 channels and adjust the bass and dpc. Experiment with it and see which ones work best.
A:AnswerFor best compatibility and quality sound, connect it with an optical audio cable and not the video (red and white) cord that it comes with. Also, easier to set up that way.
A:AnswerI am not 100% sure. The remote with the sound bar is very basic (choose input, power, volume). I set the max volume that I wanted on the sound bar (using the sound bar remote) and leave the sound bar on. I adjust the volume as needed while watching TV using the TV remote. I haven't used the sound bar remote since it was set up. I just leave it turned on. It would be nice if the sound bar could be powered off of USB or something on the TV so both would go on/off at the same time (therefore with just one remote)
A:AnswerThe installation is quite simple. It hardly took about 10 minutes to set the whole thing up and running. We got it in sale, so definitely the sound quality is good for the price.
A:AnswerThis will depend on the TV's settings of the TV. For more information you can contact the TV's manufacturer and if you have any other question you can also contact us at 877-467-4289 and we will gladly send it to you. Viri E. Insignia Support
A:AnswerYes, this soundbar can be connected to the TV if the TV supports Bluetooth. The volume cannot be controlled by the LG Magic Remote. The soundbar will need to be paired to the PS4 similar to pairing Bluetooth headsets.
