• Try this: Press the bass button, the LED color will change to cyan, then press your volume +/- to adjust the bass within 20 seconds.

• Unfortunately the the woofer only works when connected to the soundbar, for example if you have your phone connected via Bluetooth the woofer will not work, can't connect multiple Bluetooth devices.
