• I also have the same issue. It flashes as if it is pairing sub-woofer, but no sound comes from the sub. one time it seemed to pair and i heard no sound come from it but felt some vibrations. Wish I could help.

• Not sure what tv you have but I think all smart TVs have an optical plug. Get a toslink cable and connect that way. If you don’t have this plug try connecting with Bluetooth.
