“Cant seem to get sound with Netflix I got this for my new Samsung 65. Works great but when I put on Netflix the sound goes out. It then goes out on the TV for all of the channels. . I had to unplug it and let it sit for a few minutes and then plug it back in. If I watch Netflix on the regular tv speakers its fine, but once I try to watch through the soundbar it go out. All of the other apps on the TV go through the sound bar. Any thoughts”

Mine works okay with Netflix. Perhaps an issue with your particular setup?

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.You might have to change the sound out out settings, make sure they are all the same for each input, and use an optical cable the sound works way better with one in my opinion
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.What you could do is plug the cord in to your tv in the Audio out input and whatever sound should play on tv willl come out of the sound bar thats what I did works out great!
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Try to check your TV/Netflix audio settings. I use optical fiber output (from TV to the soundbar). To have everything working fine I needed to change the TV digital output AND my PS4 audio output settings.
