• Yes you shouldn't have any issues it has a digital input and RCA input either one your TV should have the output

• Yes, it is compatible with anything that connects via an optical audio cable, RCA (red and white wires) , or 35mm jack (comes with an adapter) . It even connects to bluetooth devices!

• If you have: Optical audio port or HDMI or RCA audio inputs then it works. I have the Philips Ambient Lights TV and it works great.

• Yes. I am assuming Sharp has the necessary AC/DC or HDMI hookups since it comes standard with lesser sets. The soundbar was easily hooked up.
